PenMax® Flat Roofing Systems
Gone are the days of tar and gravel roofs, instead, low slope and flat roofs are being replaced with the increasingly popular EPDM and modified bitumen alternatives.
Where other torch-on systems can fail (usually at the seams), we’ve perfected our PenMax bitumen roofing system to prevent water from entering at any point.
It is a multi-layered system that provides a robust membrane that holds up to the constant freeze-thaw cycles and temperature ranges in Western Canada.
It is more resistant to foot traffic and punctures compared to the typical single-ply system.
PenMax roofing systems are available as a 20 – 25 and a 3 ply, 30-year roofing system; all warrantied (material and labour) by Penfolds.
During the installation process you should consider:
- All flat roofing systems require that standing water over one inch in depth be sloped to drain. During installation, we can provide a custom quote for a sloped insulation package to create positive drainage.
- We can address all of the custom flashing work that may be required.
- We will also address all protrusions on your flat roof.
