Multi-Family & Strata Complex Roofing
At Penfolds Roofing and Solar we have created a dedicated division to exclusively service multi-family re-roofing projects. We have in-depth experience working with strata councils and presenting detailed estimates for strata complexes. Penfolds Roofing and Solar specializes in all types of roofing materials and membranes including both flat and sloped roofing systems.
We are aware that it takes time, often years, before a multi-family complex roofing project can commence, which is why we provide an initial estimate on all options available and update it each year keeping the strata council fully informed on the budget and pricing of each roofing option available. This provides the strata council the opportunity to consider the different options and budget the funds needed for the roofing project. All our multi-family re-roofing estimates are provided as a service free of charge.
Penfolds Roofing and Solar offers full system labour and material warranties on our premium roofing system options. Our workmanship warranties range from 5 – 10 years and material warranties range from 10 – 50 years, depending on the selected product. All Penfolds warranties are insured by a third-party captive insurance company, PRI Warranty Corporation, to ensure ultimate peace of mind.
