Expect Professional Communication & High-Quality Installation
Our technical advisors are experienced in reading site blueprints and will present a detailed scope of work, roofing material options and accurate estimate of costs for your project. Prior to the project commencing, one of our highly-trained field supervisors will visit the site to perform an inspection and ensure the project will run smoothly. The same field supervisor will then supervise your project from beginning to end and perform a final inspection upon completion of the project.
We appreciate that timing is everything. We understand that the roof often needs to be installed prior to other trades, which is why our production department keeps open lines of communication to ensure your project is done on time.
Penfolds Roofing and Solar offers full system labour and material warranties on our premium roofing system options. Our workmanship warranties range from 5 – 10 years and material warranties range from 10 – 50 years, depending on the selected product. All Penfolds warranties are now managed with a distinct funded company, namely PRI Warranty Management Inc., a registered British Columbia company, to ensure ultimate peace of mind.
